I was amazed by the perfect cleaning and the really good comfort of my room at Arcade Hotel. The room style and bathrooms were great. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Nisantasi district. I have stayed at many hotels in the area, but this one was by far the best.
Despite one minor inconvenience with the bedsheets being stained upon check-in, the front desk staff promptly resolved the issue when I brought it to their attention. They apologized and immediately instructed the cleaning staff to rectify the problem.

The location was perfect, situated on a bustling shopping street in the upscale district of Nisantasi. We enjoyed strolling along the street, exploring the various shops and boutiques. The hotel staff were helpful and always were really nice too assist us, including arranging a taxi back to the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the modern and cozy decoration made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenience of having a park nearby, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

Super friendly staff. Gorgeous big rooms & amazing shower. Loved the area ! ! Bubbly and lively with many shops and restaurants around. Easy access to taxis and the metro.

Loved the really good service and friendly staff. They were always ready to assist and guide us throughout our stay. Special mention to Nejdet bey and Yenar, were pretty good to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to many popular attractions in the city, making it convenient for us to explore. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering us a comfortable stay.
The limited breakfast options. Although everything else was perfect, the breakfast could have had a wider variety of choices.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the Osmanbey metro station. This makes it easy to explore the city, with the beautiful Nisantasi neighborhood just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service and is always helpful. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the bistro-style breakfast area. the hotel offers a great location and comfortable accommodations.

This place is great! The location couldn't be better, with the subway station just around the corner and everything in the heart of the city nearby. The service is top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and helpful staff that are always available to assist with anything you need. The amenities are fantastic, including a spa and wellness centre with a sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage services. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could want, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV.
